What is F&N Rewards? 

F&N rewards is our brand new Loyalty program. Earn points to work your way through our Levels of Love. Earning points is simple, $1 = 1 point! Shop your way to the top tier to unlock exclusive rewards such as birthday vouchers, double points events, early sale access, and more! 

How do I sign up for the rewards program?

Signing up is easy! Simply create an account by clicking here and enter your name, email, and password. It’s free to join and you will automatically be signed up to receive emails with insider access to sales, promotions, and all of our newest drops. If you currently have an account with us - you’ve already been enrolled in our rewards program so you can kick back, sign in, and start earning points!

I already have an account. Do I need to create a new one to earn rewards?

We took care of that for you! All customers with an active account were automatically enrolled in our rewards program. If you have had more than one customer account with us, please note that only one rewards account was created per person.

Will I receive points for purchases I made prior to creating my rewards account?

Unfortunately, not. You will only receive points for purchases made after the launch of our program. Make sure to create an account before placing an order so you can receive points! If you already have a F&N account you will receive the 50 account creation points automatically. Please note these may take up to 48 hours to show in your account.

What if I have an old email address or multiple email addresses and want to combine my accounts & earnings?

Contact customer service by emailing [email protected] and our team will be happy to assist you with merging your accounts.

How do I redeem my points?

Redeeming your points for great rewards couldn't be easier! Firstly log into your F&N account and then head over to our Rewards page to view your current reward options and click the 'Redeem' button to redeem your chosen reward. Copy and paste the appropriate code into the Apply Discount Code section at checkout. Please note there are minimum spend requirements for our redemptions.

Will I be able to use my points/rewards in the Styling Suite?

Not at this time, you will not be able to earn or apply rewards points toward purchases made in our Styling Suite. We are working to link our stores with our online site in the future.

How is my current spend calculated?

F&N Loyalty Love spend will exclude returns, refunds and delivery fees, but does include GST. Current spend updates after orders have been processed and shipped!
Once you achieve a level, you’ll hold it for 12 months, unless you spend enough to upgrade to the next level.

What are the F&N Levels?

Little Lover – Spend $400+

Lots of Lovin’ - Spend $750+

Lover For Life - Spend $1000+

How do I see what level I am at?

Log into your F&N account and navigate to our Rewards page. Here you can see your current level.

I reached a new level / tier but I can't see this reflected in my rewards history?

There is a 30 day delay in the tier eligibility due to this coinciding with our returns period. Once you've hit that 30 day mark, you will see this reflect in your rewards account.

Is there a minimum spend to use rewards?

Yes, there is a minimum spend for each fixed redemption reward.

200 Points = $20 Reward (minimum spend of $79.95 required)

300 Points = $30 Reward (minimum spend of $79.95 required)

400 Points = $40 Reward (minimum spend of $79.95 required)

600 Points = $60 Reward (minimum spend of $99.95 required)

800 Points = $80 Reward (minimum spend of $99.95 required)

1000 Points = $100 Reward (minimum spend of $129.95 required)

Can someone else be included in my VIP account?

Unfortunately, not. Our loyalty program and accounts can only have one person attached to them. This allows us to offer the relevant rewards perks to every customer based on their loyalty tier.

Can I use my rewards in conjunction with other discount codes?

Unfortunately, not. Redemption of rewards is not available in conjunction with other discount codes.

Can I earn points when I use a Gift Voucher or Store Credit?

Points will not be rewarded where Store Credits or Gift Vouchers have been used.

Do points ever expire?

Rewards points are valid for the remainder of the calendar year in which they are earned, plus the following calendar year. For example: points earned anytime during the year 2023 are valid for the remainder of 2023, plus all of 2024. Points will start over at 0 on January 1, 2025.

Rewards points will expire after 12 months of Rewards account inactivity.  This means that if there is no change to your Rewards account balance (through either the addition or redemption of Rewards), all Rewards earned in the previous 12 months will automatically be removed from your account.

I’ve forgotten my password, can you help?

If you have forgotten your password you can head to your account and click ‘Forgot Your Password’. Alternatively, you can reach out to our Customer Service team at [email protected] and they can send you a manual reset password link.

I signed up for the Birthday reward but I didn’t receive it?

Happy Birthday! In order for you to receive your birthday bonus on your birthday, you must register your birthday at least 30 days prior to your birthday.  If your birthday falls between the day that you registered and the 30 day waiting period afterwards, you will receive your birthday bonus 30 days after your registration.  This delay is only applicable for the first year that you signed up.  All successive birthday rewards will be emailed to you on your birthday at appox 11pm AEST. If you register your birthday through your rewards account any time after it has passed in the current calendar year, rewards will not be added to your account until the day of your birthday in the following year.  Remember, the birthday reward is determined by the Rewards member tier that you are part of on the date of your birthday.  If it has been more than 30 days since you registered for your birthday reward and you still have not received the additional points in your account, please contact [email protected] and we will be happy to assist you.
