A Year to Remember

A Year to Remember

December 29, 2025

To our F+N Community.

As we say goodbye to 2025, I want to take a moment to reflect on an incredible year full of challenges, growth, and plenty of good times along the way.

Being in fashion for almost 13 years now still feels surreal. I often pause to remember how it all began. Our eldest daughter was just one when I borrowed $2K from our family savings to start this dream. Now she’s fourteen, still a pinch-me moment every time I think about it.

We kicked off the year with a dream collaboration alongside Gemma Peanut, creating her colourful, fun summer capsule. And of course, my birthday outfit had to be a pink moment. We introduced our pink linen Parker Pant that sold over 1,000 pairs and sold-out multiple times.

February brought a sea of pink with a high tea at Feekah, the famous pink café owned by fashion muse Neha Walia. Love and connection was in the air, and our capsule celebrating community sold out once again.

March and April were a whirlwind. Six back-to-back shoots over six weeks to deliver our Autumn/Winter collections. From Scandi-style cabins in Macedon to Norsu Interiors (cake decorating included), Easter spirit was in full swing. Having Helena Witte from Bakes by Her host was another unforgettable moment, she’s now a friend of the brand for life.

Mother’s Day brought one of my favourite creative moments. A chat at Hair Union sparked an event idea, and in under 2.5 weeks, we created a personalized hairstyling, runway, cocktails, and grazing experience celebrating women in business. And yes, hairdressers really do love a pair of Noah Pants!

June and July saw the Noah Pant continue its viral journey. Endless pre-orders, 12 colourways, and a record-breaking 15,000 pairs sold across its third winter. And the introduction of the Lola Barrel Jean? Another viral hit. If you don’t have a pair yet, you absolutely need them.

In July, we escaped Melbourne winter for 30-degree days in Tokyo. I spoiled my family with a dream getaway and teased our travel capsule, Postcards from Japan. From pastel pink denim to cherry blossom and ramen-inspired tees, it was a trip to remember.

Back in Melbourne, our first-ever F+N Movie Night celebrated the launch of our Varsity Sweaters. Bringing our community together in a sold-out 98-seat cinema was pure joy and another stand out moment for me.

September brought our long-awaited website relaunch. Eight months of work went into moving a decade of data to a platform designed to serve you better. Alongside it, our Loyalty Program grew our community and gave back to those who’ve grown with us. Haven’t joined yet? Stop checking out as a guest and start getting rewarded!

October saw us launch Postcards from Bali, another travel capsule. I starred alongside longtime friend of the brand Bianca. Bianca styled bump-friendly favourites on her babymoon, and I enjoyed slipping into the same silhouettes for our family holiday.  A reminder that F+N is designed to carry you through every stage of life, with comfort, confidence, and style always front of mind.

November brought our biggest collection yet for Black Friday - Caba Bound and our F+N Fam delivered in style. Thousands of orders rolled in, making it our most successful collection to date. Countless photos were taken, hundreds of coffees were sipped, and most importantly, every order was packed with love and sent off with the postie straight to your door. We were so beyond grateful for your support.

We wrapped up the year with barefoot bowls on a sweltering 39-degree Melbourne day, followed by our annual team breakfast, one of my favourite traditions. Laughter, KK gifts, games, coffee, and heartfelt speeches celebrating every team member from their first Christmas to their ninth.

Three photos: two women walking by a pool in casual outfits; a close-up of a gift bag with red bow and candy cane print; and two women smiling on a lawn bowling green, one holding a pink bowl and a drink.

Now it’s time to rest and recharge. Though if you’re a mum or run an e-commerce business, you know there’s rarely an off button. To our team, I love each of you dearly. To our clients and customers, F+N exists because of your love and support for this little business from Yarraville. Thank you for every purchase, every mention, every snap shared.

Here’s to returning bigger and better in 2026!

Love,
Ali xx
