The Role

20-25 hours per week

  • Create engaging content for all social platforms; TikTok, Instagram and Meta ads.
  • Planning, filming and editing organic content across our social channels.
  • Staying ahead of trends and testing new creative ideas.
  • Being both behind and in front of the camera when needed.
  • Assisting with campaign shoots, new arrivals and behind-the-scenes content.
  • Capturing content that inspires, connects and converts.

Who we're looking for

  • You love creating content, and feel confident on camera.
  • You have a strong understanding of TikTok, Instagram and short-form storytelling.
  • You can confidently film and edit scroll stopping content.
  • You're excited to grow with a fast-moving Australian fashion brand.
  • You have a creative eye for fashion and trends.
  • You're organised, proactive and full of fresh ideas.
  • You love analysing what works and are always looking to improve your content.

In 2026, we opened the doors to our first-ever flagship store in Yarraville, bringing the Feather & Noise experience to life in our local community. With quality fashion at our core, we’re proud to design in-house, create meaningful connections and make every customer feel confident in what they wear. 

The Role

We’re looking for enthusiastic retail staff to join our Yarraville flagship store team.

This is a hands-on role where no two days are the same. You’ll be creating a welcoming experience for our customers, helping them find their perfect pieces and bringing the Feather & Noise brand to life in-store. You’ll be involved in:

  • Creating a warm, welcoming and memorable customer experience.
  • Assisting customers with styling, fit and product recommendations.
  • Processing sales and assisting with Click & Collect orders.
  • Maintaining an organised, clean and beautifully presented store.
  • Replenishing stock and keeping the shop floor looking its best.
  • Assisting with deliveries, stock movement and general store duties.
  • Supporting in-store events, launches and community activations.
  • Building genuine connections with our customers and our local community.
  • Working closely with the wider Feather & Noise team to help the store thrive.

Who we're looking for

  • You love fashion and enjoy helping people feel great in what they wear.
  • You’re friendly, approachable and confident speaking with customers.
  • You have a natural eye for styling and putting outfits together.
  • You’re enthusiastic, reliable and bring positive energy to the team.
  • You’re comfortable working in a fast-paced retail environment.
  • You’re organised, proactive and happy to get involved wherever needed.
  • Minimum 1 year retail and customer service experience required. Preferably in fashion or lifestyle.
  • You’re excited to be part of a growing Australian fashion brand and our Yarraville community.
