Returns

If you have a change of mind or would like to exchange your item/s, Feather and Noise are more than happy to process a store credit or instant exchange for you. Please ensure you meet the below criteria to be eligible to make a return.

Please note, we are unable to offer refunds.

• Returns accepted within 14 days of receiving your order.
• Available for store credit or instant exchange only.
• No refunds for change-of-mind purchases (refunds will only be provided if an item is faulty).
• Items must be unworn, unwashed, and unused, with all original tags attached.

For those who purchase between 20th November and December 31st 2025, items can be returned or exchanged until January 31, 2026. Items must be unused, unworn and in original packaging with tags still attached.

1. Enter your order number and email address in the above windows
3. Select store credit or instant exchange
4. Generate your return label and send your item back

If you have a faulty or damaged product, please email the Customer Care Team at info@featherandnoise.com within 7 days of receiving your item and attach 2-3 clear photos of the fault you are seeing.

Please note that Feather & Noise do not accept returns for garments which have been damaged during wash or wear and tear.

Items must be full priced. All sale items are final and cannot be returned or exchanged.

Once you have lodged your return request, you will need to wait for approval from our Returns Team. This is approved within 1-2 business days. Once approved you will receive a packing slip and our return address via email (it might be hiding in your Junk Folder). Once we receive your return, please allow 1-3 business days for this to be processed.
