Before we officially opened our doors to the public, we wanted to share our brand new retail space with the people who have been at the heart of Feather & Noise from day one, our community.

Last week, we invited a handful of our local community members to 30 Birmingham Street, Yarraville, for an intimate evening of shopping, good food and a very first look inside our brand new store.

It was the perfect way to celebrate this very special milestone, surrounded by some of the people who have supported, championed and grown with us along the way.

Welcome to 30 Birmingham Street, Yarraville

After months of planning, designing and bringing our vision to life, it was pretty special to finally welcome our community through the doors.

Our guests were the very first to explore the new space, browse our latest arrivals and get a feel for their new F&N shopping destination. Seeing the store filled with familiar faces, racks being browsed and outfits being tried on made the whole moment feel very real and very exciting.

 

 

No F&N celebration is complete without a little something delicious to share.

We were treated to the most incredible catering from our lovely friends at @sioraalimenti, with plenty of pizza to go around and, of course, tiramisu to finish things off. It was the perfect accompaniment to an evening of catching up, shopping and celebrating together.

 

 

We wanted to make sure our guests left with a little piece of the evening to remember.

Everyone went home with a beautiful rosewater mist from @botanicalsbyluxe, gorgeous blooms from @bloomhillflowers and a goodie bag filled with some of our favourite F&N treats.

It was our little way of saying thank you for being part of our community and for continuing to support us through every chapter.

 

 

And, of course, our community shopped up a storm!

It was so much fun seeing everyone discover their new favourites, try on the latest collection and make themselves at home in our new space. There's something extra special about seeing the clothes we design being worn, styled and loved in person, especially by the community we've built them for.

 

 

This evening was about so much more than opening the doors to a new store. It was about celebrating the people who have helped Feather & Noise become what it is today.

From our very first market stalls to our online community and now our very first permanent retail space, we've always believed that F&N is about more than just clothes. It's about connection, community and creating a space where everyone feels welcome.

Thank you to everyone who joined us for this special first look. We couldn't think of a better way to celebrate our new Yarraville home than surrounded by our biggest supporters.

And now, the doors are officially open. We can't wait to welcome you in.
