· Free Express delivery on Australian orders over $200
· Orders (excluding pre-orders) dispatch within 1–3 business days

· WA & SA express deliveries may take slightly longer

Local Click & Collect:
· Available from our Flagship Store: 30 Birmingham Street Yarraville, Victoria 3013 Australia
· You’ll receive an email when your order is ready. Collection is available Tuesday - Friday from 10am to 4.30pm and Saturdays from 9:00am - 3:30pm. Once you have received confirmation that your order is ready, simply call us & one of our friendly team will have your order ready for collection.
Returns Terms & Guidelines:
· Returns accepted within 14 days of receiving your order.
· Available for store credit or instant exchange only.
· No refunds for change-of-mind purchases (refunds will only be provided if an item is faulty).
· Items must be full priced. All sale items are final and cannot be returned or exchanged.
· Items must be unworn, unwashed, and unused, with all original tags attached.
· Strictly no returns on hats, hair clips, headbands and earrings due to hygiene purposes.
