Community Engagement Officer  

The Role. 

Join the existing Social Media team at Feather and Noise as the 'Part Time' Community Engagement Officer. The role encapsulates a wide range of responsibilities with a strong focus on maintaining the relationship between Feather and Noise and our online community. The main tasks are to engage with the community by responding in a timely matter to DMs, comments, and all activity on Instagram. The role will also work to further grow Feather and Noise online community through social media. Naturally you will have strong communication skills, excellent grammar and a love for quality fashion that leaves you feeling inspired to share your love of the Feather & Noise brand with our community. 

 

Key Responsibilities. 

  • Engaging with our loyal F&N Fam on Instagram 
  • Maintaining the brands unique voice 
  • Captivate our audience by regularly posting IG Stories 
  • Answering all DMs from 6pm – 10pm Mon-Fri, and all day on Weekends! 
  • Building an online community  
  • Keeping our IG safe and secure at all times 
  • Taking care of your provided work phone 
  • Reporting directly to our Social Media Manager 

 

The successful applicant can confidently demonstrate. 

  • Understanding of social media in particular Instagram  
  • Strong grammar skills 
  • Excellent attention to detail including well developed written and communication skills. 
  • Ability to communicate to a large online audience 
  • Strong time management and organisational skills.

F+N designs in-house and creates quality products across the womenswear industry. Renowned for its commitment to their loyal and loving following, this is an online business who truly cares about their community.   

About You. 

To thrive as a Community Engagement Officer, you will be an excellent communicator, strong grammar skills and keen to use their use social media and communication skills to support and grow our online community. Please note this is a part-time role of 14 hours per week. This role does require nightly and weekend commitments so the ability to be available during those times is crucial.
