OUR POLICY


If you have a change of mind or would like to exchange your item/s, Feather and Noise are more than happy to process a store credit or exchange for you. Please ensure you meet the below criteria to be eligible to make a return.

Please note, we are unable to offer refunds.

Returns Portal

 

RETURNS: TERMS & GUIDELINES

Items must be sent back within 10 business days of receiving your items.  
Items must be unworn and unwashed with all tags and labels attached, in its original packaging.
Items can only be returned back to us for store credit or exchanges. Store credit is valid for 12 months.
Your exchanges must be of the same value. Exchanges will be held for 7 days once return is approved.
Items must be full priced. All sale items are final and cannot be returned or exchanged.
We will only accept returned item(s) that have been lodged online using our return portal.

 

WHAT CAN'T BE SENT BACK?

For hygiene reasons; earrings, hats, hair accessories and head scarves cannot be returned.
Items of unsuitable quality - no fake tan, makeup, animal hair, deodorant or perfume marks.
If the item is deemed soiled or damaged upon arrival, we reserve the right to either deny your return or issue a partial credit to you, not a full credit.

Sale items
Items must be full priced. All sale items are final and cannot be returned or exchanged.

Faulty Items
If you have a faulty or damaged product please email the Customer Experience Team at [email protected] or request a return via emailing [email protected]. Please include a picture of the deemed fault and your order number.

Shipping
The cost of return shipping for exchanges and other returns is at the customer's expense – this is non-refundable. Standard shipping is complementary when posting exchange items back to the customer for those residing in Australia.
You can pay for your return shipping in the Australia Post portal here.

**Please note that the goods are your responsibility until they are returned to Feather + Noise.  We will not be able to provide a store credit/exchange on item/s that are not received or are lost in transit. We highly recommend returning items through traceable mail (i.e. a tracking number).

 

 

PROCESSING A RETURN ONLINE


Guest Account 

For all other customers who checked out as a guest when placing their order, you can request a return by following the link: https://featherandnoise.com/returns/guest/new/

 

Feather & Noise Account 

If you have placed an order through your Feather and Noise account you can request a return by logging into your Account, select the 'My Returns' tab and click on the 'Return Your First Item' button, then proceed to choose the correct order and items.

 

What Now?

Once you have lodged your return request, you will need to wait for approval from our Returns Team. This is approved within 1-2 business days. Once approved you will receive a packing slip and our return address via email (it might be hiding in your Junk Folder). Once we receive your return, please allow 1-3 business days for this to be processed.
