Our Returns Policy

If you have a change of mind or would like to exchange your item/s, Feather and Noise are more than happy to process a store credit or exchange for you. Please ensure you meet the below criteria to be eligible to make a return. Please note, we are unable to offer refunds.

- Must be sent back within 14 business days of receiving your items. 

- Must be a full priced item. All sale items are final and cannot be returned or exchanged.

- Must be unworn and unwashed with all original tags and labels attached.

- Be in a saleable condition; no fake tan, makeup or deodorant marks.

- For hygiene reasons; earrings, hats and head scarves cannot be returned.

Please note:

- We are unable to offer refunds.

- The cost of return shipping costs for exchanges and other returns is at the customer’s expense, unless deemed faulty. Feather and Noise will pay for the postage costs on all damaged and faulty products.

- Credits can only be used by the credit holder and are valid for 12 months, this will automatically be available for you to apply to any purchase once you have logged into your Feather and Noise account online.

- No returns on sale items.

 

How to process a return:

Through your Feather and Noise account online:

- If you have placed an order through your Feather and Noise account you can request a return by logging into your Account, select the ‘My Returns’ tab and click on the Request a Return button.

- If you have a faulty or damaged product please request a return via returns@featherandnoise.com including a picture of the deemed fault.

Guest account:

- For all other customers who checked out as a guest when placing their order, you can request a return by following the link: https://featherandnoise.com/returns/guest/guest

- If you have a faulty or damaged product please request a return via returns@featherandnoise.com including a picture of the deemed fault.

 

Once you have lodged your return request, you will need to wait for approval from our Returns Team. Once approved you will receive a packing slip via email which will have our returns address include.
