- Feather and Noise is more than happy to process a return for you if your order is unworn with the tags still attached and in a saleable condition.
- We are unable to offer refunds. If you wish to return your order we are more than happy to process a store credit or exchnage for you.
- We do not accept returns on sale items.
- Returns must be sent back within 14 business days after your received date. The cost of the return postage is at your own expense. The goods are your responsibility until they reach our office, so please ensure you use a postal service that insures the value of the items you are posting.
- If your order is the wrong size or colour we are more than happy to it exchange for you. Exchanges can only be processed if the product your wishing to exchange is of the same value, if not a store credit will be issued so you can purchase your desired items.
- We are unable to cover the cost of the exchange for you, if you wish to process an exchange it will be at your own expense.
- Store credits are valid for 12 months and can be applied to any online purchase.
- Credits can only be used by the credit holder.
- Credits will automatically be available for you to apply to a purchase once you have logged into your account.
- If you have a faulty or damaged product please request a return via the below methods. Feather and Noise will pay for the postage costs on all damaged and faulty products.
